CanGoGo User Terms

1. Confirmation and Effectiveness of User Terms​

These terms apply to the product "CanGoGo" of Shenzhen ZaoZao Island Technology Co., Ltd. In the context of the application market and terms, it will be referred to as "ZaoZao Island Company," "We," or "CanGoGo." Since the software and services are licensed for your use, we will also refer to ourselves as the "Licensor" in the following text.

The CanGoGo App refers to the mobile terminal software and services legally owned and operated by Shenzhen ZaoZao Island Technology Co., Ltd. and/or its affiliated companies. The ownership and operation rights of CanGoGo belong to us.

1.1 Effectiveness of the Terms​

Using CanGoGo and its services indicates that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this agreement, and have reached a consensus with us to become a CanGoGo user; if you do not agree to any content of this agreement, or are unable to accurately understand the interpretation of the terms of this agreement, please do not use or perform any operational actions. Otherwise, any use or operational action is considered to have accepted the binding of this agreement. This agreement is indivisible, and using CanGoGo and its services indicates agreement to all the terms of the agreement; otherwise, please do not use or perform any operational actions.

2. Rights to Use Software and Services​

2.1 For Personal Use Only​

CanGoGo is intended solely for the user's personal use for non-commercial purposes. If you wish to sell CanGoGo or any materials, services, or any redemption codes related to or derived from CanGoGo, you must obtain permission from ZaoZao Island Company.

2.2 Software License​

The applications and in-app purchases provided through software stores and websites are licensed to you, not sold. You accept and understand that although you can "purchase" these in-app items, the actual ownership still belongs to the product developers, and you only obtain a limited right to use them. If you violate these terms, your right to use may be revoked, and you may face corresponding legal responsibilities.

3. Intellectual Property​

The intellectual property rights of the CanGoGo software and services belong to us. Users acknowledge that CanGoGo Company has all rights to CanGoGo, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights. "Intellectual property" refers to all rights defined in patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, anti-unfair competition law, etc., and all applications, updates, extensions, and restorations thereof, whether implemented and effective globally now or in the future. Users agree not to modify, adapt, translate CanGoGo, create derivative works of CanGoGo, obtain the source code of CanGoGo through decompilation, reverse engineering, disassembly, or other means. Users agree not to delete, cover, or change any copyright notices, trademarks, or other ownership statements of CanGoGo Company or any third party.

4. Software and Service Usage Matters​

4.1 Content Behavior Standards​

Users should be responsible for their actions in using this software and related services. Your use of the CanGoGo software and related services must not violate laws and public order and good customs, including but not limited to the following behaviors:

  • Opposing the basic principles determined by the Constitution;
  • Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, undermining national unity, damaging national honor and interests;
  • Distorting, defaming, insulting, denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, and infringing on the names, portraits, reputation, and honor of heroes and martyrs by insulting, defaming, or other means;
  • Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity;
  • Promoting terrorism, extremism, or inciting terrorist activities, extremist activities;
  • Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults, and feudal superstitions;
  • Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and destabilizing society;
  • Spreading obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, homicide, terrorist, or other information that incites crime;
  • Threatening, insulting, attacking, defaming others, and infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
  • Displaying bloody, terrifying, cruel, and other content that causes physical and mental discomfort;
  • With sexual implications, sexual provocation, and other content that is easy to generate sexual associations;
  • Inappropriate comments on natural disasters, major accidents, and other disasters;
  • Using this platform to engage in money laundering, theft of trade secrets, theft of personal information, and other illegal and criminal activities;
  • Posting any information that infringes on the copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights and other legal rights of others;
  • Infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of minors or damaging the physical and mental health of minors;
  • May cause minors to imitate unsafe behaviors and violate social morals, induce minors to have bad habits, etc.;
  • Spreading commercial advertisements, or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information, and spam information;
  • Other content that has a bad impact on the network ecology.
  • Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
  • Contains other information that violates laws and regulations, policies, public order and good customs, interferes with the normal operation of CanGoGo, or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of you or a third party.

5. Software Usage Standards​

Do not use any plug-ins, cheats, systems, programs, or third-party tools that we have not authorized or permitted to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of this service, including but not limited to using automated scripts to collect information from this service or interact with this service, occupying a large amount of this service's system or network bandwidth resources, bringing serious load to this service's system or other users' networks, servers, products, or applications, affecting system smoothness.

Do not use or target this service for any actions that endanger the security of computer networks, including but not limited to:

  • Illegally intruding into the network, interfering with the normal functions of the network, stealing network data, and other activities that endanger network security;
  • Providing programs and tools specifically for engaging in activities that infringe on network security, interfere with the normal functions of the network and protective measures, and steal network data;
  • Knowingly providing technical support, advertising promotion, and other assistance to others who engage in activities that endanger network security;
  • Using unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers/accounts;
  • Entering computer networks or other people's computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information;
  • Attempting to probe, scan, test the weaknesses of this service system or network or other actions that damage network security without permission;
  • Attempting to interfere with or damage the normal operation of this service system or software, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other actions that disrupt and interfere with normal network information services;
  • Forging TCP/IP packet names or data;
  • Copying, imitating, modifying, translating, adapting, lending, selling, sublicensing, spreading, or transferring related services on the information network, or attempting to discover the source code of this service through reverse engineering, reverse assembly, compilation, or other means;
  • Maliciously registering CanGoGo accounts, including but not limited to frequently and in batches registering accounts;
  • Other actions that violate laws, regulations, agreements, our relevant rules, and infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others.

6. User Privacy Policy​

ZaoZao Island Technology Co., Ltd. respects the privacy and data security of every user. We only collect necessary personal information in accordance with laws and regulations during the account registration process and keep it properly protected. Therefore, except for the following situations, ZaoZao Island Technology Co., Ltd. will not disclose, edit, or reveal the user's registration information or non-public content saved in the CanGoGo company's services.

  • To comply with relevant legal provisions, including providing information such as the content published by users through CanGoGo and the time of publication when queried by relevant state authorities.
  • In cases related to national security and national defense security.
  • Related to the obligations we perform as stipulated by laws and regulations.
  • To comply with the service procedures of CanGoGo.
  • To maintain and protect the intellectual property rights of CanGoGo company, such as trademarks.
  • To make every effort to protect the privacy and safety of individual users and the public in emergency situations.
  • In other situations deemed necessary by ZaoZao Island Technology Co., Ltd. and in accordance with laws and regulations.

For specific information about CanGoGo's data protection measures, please read CanGoGo's privacy policy. This policy explains how CanGoGo will handle your personal information and protect your privacy rights when you use CanGoGo's related services. You agree to apply your data under the premise of complying with CanGoGo's privacy policy.

Consent to the use of data: You agree that the person who allows you to use the data can collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system, and application software, as well as peripherals, and regularly collect this information to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services related to licensed applications. The person who allows you to use the data can use this information as long as the form of the information does not personally identify you, in order to improve their products or provide services or technology to you.

7. Service Changes​

CanGoGo Company reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate services at any time without notifying users. Users accept the right of CanGoGo Company to exercise the change, interruption, or termination of services, and CanGoGo Company is not responsible to users or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability​

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that the use of the licensed application is entirely at your own risk.

9. Computer Software and Data Responsibility​

Users understand and agree to independently choose to download and use CanGoGo and all third-party software provided with CanGoGo or through CanGoGo, at their own risk, and to bear all responsibility for any damage to the computer system or loss of data caused by downloading or using CanGoGo and such third-party software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CanGoGo Company explicitly disclaims any other type of warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory; including but not limited to any implied warranties and responsibilities of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, completeness, virus-free, and error-free.

9.1 Liability for Personal Injury and Damage​

To the extent that the law does not prohibit, as a virtual tool, CanGoGo and the Licensor shall not be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages under any circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CanGoGo Company shall not be liable for any accidental, indirect, special, or indirect damages or claims arising from the use of CanGoGo by users, or in any way related to the products and services of CanGoGo Company (including but not limited to damages for personal injury, privacy leakage, failure to fulfill any responsibility including good faith or reasonable care, negligence, and any other monetary loss or other loss).

9.2 Warranty Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and where the law does not prohibit, ZaoZao Island Technology Co., Ltd. and its Licensors will not make the following statements or warranties to you:

  • Your use of the software or services will meet your needs;
  • Your use of the software or services will be continuous, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
  • Any information obtained through the use of the related software or services will be accurate and reliable;
  • Any operational or functional defects in the software provided as part of the related software or services will be corrected.

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that the use of the licensed application is entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the licensed application and any services provided or performed by the licensed application are provided "as is" and "as available," with all errors and without any form of warranty, and the Licensor hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions for the licensed application and any services, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third-party rights. Any oral or written information or advice given by the Licensor or its authorized representatives will not create a warranty.

The act of uploading by the user means that the user or the copyright owner of the user authorizes CanGoGo Company and its affiliated companies to save the content on the servers of CanGoGo, but the user or the original copyright owner still retains the copyright of the uploaded work, and CanGoGo Company is not allowed to publish the uploaded work in other public channels without the permission of the user or the original copyright owner. If the user involves other services provided by ZaoZao Island Technology Co., Ltd. or its affiliated companies while using CanGoGo, they should also comply with the corresponding service terms.

9.4 Suggestions and Improvements​

If users have any opinions about CanGoGo, or have suggestions on how to improve, they can propose to us. Please note that if you do so, you will also grant CanGoGo and third parties the right to use and incorporate the user's suggestions or opinions or related copyrights for free in CanGoGo (or third-party software).

Users agree to protect and maintain the interests of CanGoGo Company, and are responsible for paying the attorney fees, compensation for damages, penalties from government agencies, and other indemnity costs caused by users' violation of these service terms or other service terms of ZaoZao Island Technology Co., Ltd.

The above terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute, users and ZaoZao Island Technology Co., Ltd. agree to submit the dispute to the People's Court where ZaoZao Island Technology Co., Ltd. is located.
