1. Privacy Policy Statement​

This policy applies to the product "CanGoGo" of Shenzhen ZaoZao Island Technology Co., Ltd. In the application market and terms, it will be referred to as "ZaoZao Island Company," "We," or "CanGoGo." Since the software and services are licensed for your use, we will also refer to ourselves as the "Licensor" in the following text.

The CanGoGo App refers to the mobile terminal software and services legally owned and operated by Shenzhen ZaoZao Island Technology Co., Ltd. and/or its affiliated companies. The ownership and operation rights of CanGoGo belong to us.

We and CanGoGo are committed to protecting the personal information and privacy of users (hereinafter collectively referred to as "users" or "you") who use our products and services (hereinafter referred to as the "CanGoGo Services").

Our goal is to help you record as much information as possible, making it convenient for you to organize and search for information about you. We aim to provide convenience while collecting as little of your information as possible and protecting your privacy to the greatest extent.

Therefore, we hope that this agreement will explain to you the corresponding processing rules when we collect and use your personal information, as well as the ways we provide for you to access, correct, delete, and protect this personal information, in order to better protect your rights and interests.

2. How This Software and Services Collect and Use Personal Information​

In order to provide you with this service, maintain the normal and secure operation of this service, and optimize the functional experience of this service, CanGoGo will collect personal information that you voluntarily provide or authorize when registering and using this service, as well as personal information generated when you use this service, for the following purposes and methods:

2.1 Operation and Security Assurance​

We focus on providing you with a stable and reliable product and environment, ensuring high-quality and reliable services and information is our main goal. To ensure the normal operation of our services and to protect you, other users, and the public from any potential harm, we will collect necessary information to ensure the safe and robust operation of the product or service.

2.1.1 Device Information and Log Information​

  1. To ensure the safe operation of the software and services, the quality and efficiency of operations, we will collect your: hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier (such as IMEI, AndroidID, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, GAID, MEID, the validity period, whether it can be reset by the user, and the method of acquisition will vary), network device hardware address (MAC address), IP address, WLAN access point (such as SSID, BSSID), Bluetooth, base station, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, and other network information.

  2. We may use your device information, service log information, and information from our affiliates and partners who have obtained your authorization or can legally provide it, for account and transaction security, identity verification, identification of illegal and non-compliant situations, detection and prevention of security incidents, and to take necessary recording, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

2.2 User Feedback​

During the use of this service, you can provide feedback on problems encountered and service experience, helping us better understand your experience and needs when using our products or services. While solving your problems, it helps us improve our products and services. For this, we will record your contact information, feedback issues or suggestions, your communication/call records with us and related content (work order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or other contact information you leave), so that we can further contact you and provide feedback on our progress.

2.3 Online or Offline Activities​

CanGoGo will carry out online or offline activities, including but not limited to promotional activities, promotional gifts, online lotteries, and sharing experiences for gifts.

During the activity, CanGoGo may ask you to provide your name, address, and mobile phone number for the delivery of physical prizes. You can choose not to provide and give up winning, but if you choose to provide, it is considered acceptance of this privacy policy, whether or not as a user of the CanGoGo software.

3. Explanation of Reading Health Data​

CanGoGo is a software that displays and calculates daily steps and exercise. Access to the necessary health data permissions is essential for CanGoGo.

After we obtain your health data from Apple Health (including but not limited to steps, activity energy, calories, heart rate, etc.):

  1. It is only used locally.
  2. It will not be sent to our servers or third-party partners.
  3. Some necessary summary data will be saved in your iCloud or locally.

3.1.1 How to Delete Health Data We Read​

  1. Uninstall the App.
  2. In system settings -> account -> iCloud -> Apps using iCloud -> CanGoGo, delete iCloud data (if you do not use iCloud, you can ignore this step).

4. Personal Information We May Share, Transfer, and Disclose​

4.1 Sharing​

Except under the following circumstances, we will not share your personal information with any third party other than us and our affiliates without your consent:

  • To maintain and improve our services. We may share your personal information with partners and other third parties to help us provide you with more targeted and comprehensive services, such as communication service providers who send emails or push notifications on our behalf;
  • To fulfill our obligations under this "Privacy Policy" or other agreements we have reached with you and to exercise our rights;
  • Within the scope allowed by laws and regulations, to comply with the law, protect us, our affiliates, partners, you, or other CanGoGo users, or the interests, property, or safety of the public from harm, such as preventing fraudulent activities and reducing credit risks, we may exchange personal information with other companies and organizations. However, this does not include the sale, rent, sharing, or other disclosures of personal information for profit in violation of the commitments made in this "Privacy Policy."
  • To assist in resolving disputes or conflicts between you and others at your lawful request;
  • To provide your personal information at the lawful request of your guardian;
  • As provided in individual service agreements signed with you (including online electronic agreements and corresponding platform rules) or other legal documents;

4.2 Transfer​

    1. We may undergo mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions. When the operating entity of CanGoGo changes, your personal information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will require the new company, organization, or individual holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this "Privacy Policy"; otherwise, we will ask that company, organization, or individual to seek your authorization and consent again.
    1. After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties.

4.3 Disclosure​

We will only disclose your personal information under the following circumstances and under the premise of taking security protection measures that comply with industry standards:

    1. Disclose the personal information you specify in the manner you explicitly agree to, according to your needs;
    1. In cases where it is necessary to provide your personal information according to legal, regulatory requirements, mandatory administrative or judicial requirements, we may disclose your personal information according to the type and manner of disclosure required. Where in compliance with laws and regulations, when we receive requests to disclose personal information, we will require the recipient to provide corresponding legal documents, such as subpoenas or investigation letters. We firmly believe that for personal information requested from us, transparency should be maintained to the greatest extent allowed by law. We carefully review all requests to ensure they have a legal basis and are limited to the data that law enforcement agencies have the legitimate right to obtain for specific investigative purposes.

4.4.1​

Please understand that in the following situations, according to laws, regulations, and relevant national standards, we collect and use your personal information without the need for your consent:

  • Situations related to fulfilling obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;
  • Situations directly related to national security, national defense security;
  • Situations directly related to public safety, public health, significant public interests;
  • Situations directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
  • To protect the life, property, and other significant legal interests of the data subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the person's consent;
  • The personal information collected about you is information that you have publicly disclosed yourself;
  • The personal information about you is collected from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;
  • Necessary for entering into or performing a contract as required by both parties;
  • Necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the software and related services, such as troubleshooting and handling software and related service failures;
  • Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations.

4.4.2​

According to legal provisions, sharing or transferring personal information that has been de-identified, and ensuring that the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the personal information subject, does not constitute an external sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information. The storage and processing of such data will not require additional notification to you or your consent.

5 How We Retain, Store, and Protect the Security of Your Personal Information​

We only retain your personal information for the period necessary for the purposes stated in this "Privacy Policy" and within the time limits stipulated by laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements. If we terminate the service or operation, we will promptly stop the collection of your personal information, comply with the relevant legal requirements to notify you in advance, and delete or anonymize your personal information after the termination of the service or operation, except as otherwise provided by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities.

We operate within the People's Republic of China and collect and generate personal information, which is stored within the territory of China. The following exceptions apply:

    1. Where laws and regulations have explicit provisions;
    1. With your authorization and consent;
    1. When you use the CanGoGo services and need to transmit your personal information overseas to complete transactions;

For the above situations, we will ensure that your personal information is provided with sufficient protection in accordance with this "Privacy Policy" and national laws and regulations.

We attach great importance to the security of personal information and will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information:

We will store the personal information collected and generated during our operations within the People's Republic of China in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. At present, we will not transfer your personal information overseas. If we do transfer it overseas, we will follow relevant national regulations or seek your consent.

6 Minors' Privacy​

We do not intentionally collect personal identity information of minors. If we find that minors have provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary measures.

7.3 Apple Health Read Permissions​

To obtain necessary step count and heart rate health data from the Apple system for display.

8 Notifications and Amendments to Privacy Policy​

Please understand that as our business develops, there may be adjustments to the functions and services provided by CanGoGo. When new functions or services are related to the functions or services we currently provide, the collection and use of personal information will change. We will inform you again in a reasonable manner such as page prompts, interactive processes, agreement confirmation, etc., and obtain your consent in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations, and national standards.

If you do not agree to such changes, you can choose to stop using the CanGoGo services; if you continue to use the CanGoGo services, it means you agree to be bound by the revised "Privacy Policy." To the maximum extent permitted by law, if you choose to stop using the CanGoGo services, it is considered that you unconditionally waive any virtual rights and other property interests that you have obtained or purchased.
