1 Privacy Policy Explanation​

This policy applies to the product "CanGoal" of Shenzhen Zaozao Island Technology CO., Ltd. In the application market and the terms and conditions, it will be referred to as "Zaozao Island Company", "we" or "CanGoal". Since the software and services are licensed to you for use, we will also be referred to as "the licensor" in the following text.

The CanGoal App refers to the mobile terminal software and services legally owned and operated by Shenzhen Zaozao Island Technology CO., Ltd and/or its affiliated companies. The ownership and operation rights of CanGoal belong to us.

We and CanGoal are committed to protecting the personal information and privacy security of users (hereinafter collectively referred to as "users" or "you") who use our products and services (hereinafter referred to as "CanGoal Services").

Our aim is to help you record as much information as possible and facilitate your organization and search of your information. We will collect as little information about you as possible and protect your privacy as much as possible on the basis of providing convenience as much as possible.

Therefore, we hope to explain to you through this agreement the processing rules corresponding to the collection and use of your relevant personal information, as well as the methods we provide for you to access, correct, delete and protect this personal information, in order to better protect your rights and interests.

2 How this software and service collect and use personal information​

In order to provide you with this service, maintain the normal and safe operation of this service, and optimize the functional experience of this service, CanGoal will collect the personal information that you actively provide and authorize when registering and using this service, as well as the personal information generated when you use this service, in accordance with the following purposes and methods:

2.1 Operation and Security Assurance​

We focus on providing you with a stable and reliable product and environment. Ensuring high-quality and reliable services and information is our main goal. In order to ensure the normal operation of our services and protect you, other users and the public from any potential harm, we will collect necessary information to ensure the safe and stable operation of the product or service.

2.1.1 Device Information and Log Information​

  1. In order to ensure the safe operation of the software and service, as well as the quality and efficiency of operation, we and third-party SDKs will collect your: hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier (such as IMEI, AndroidID, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, GAID, MEID. Different identifiers may vary in terms of validity period, whether they can be reset by the user, and the way of obtaining), network device hardware address (MAC address), IP address, WLAN access point (such as SSID, BSSID), Bluetooth (Bluetooth), base station, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data and other network information.

  2. We may use your account information, device information, service log information, and information that our affiliates and partners can provide with your authorization or in accordance with the law to judge account and transaction security, perform identity verification, identify illegal and non-compliant situations, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, analysis and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

2.2 User Feedback​

During the use of this service, you can give feedback on the problems encountered and the service experience during the use process to help us better understand your experience and needs when using our products or services. While helping you solve the problems, it also helps us improve our products and services. Therefore, we will record your contact information, the problems or suggestions you feedback, your communication/call records with us and related contents (including account information, work order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or other contact methods you leave) so that we can further contact you and give you feedback on our processing progress.

2.3 Online or Offline Activities​

CanGoal will carry out online or offline activities, including but not limited to promotional activities, promotional gifts, online lottery draws, sharing experiences and giving gifts, etc.

During the event, CanGoal may require you to provide your name, address and mobile phone number for the distribution of physical prizes. You can choose not to provide and give up the award. If you choose to provide, it is regarded as accepting this privacy policy, regardless of whether you are registered as a CanGoal user or not.

We will use Cookies and other similar technologies (including but not limited to access tokens, unified identifiers, etc.) to enhance your experience in using this service. When you use this software service, we may use related technologies to send one or more Cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store information when you visit and use this service.

We will not use Cookies for any other purposes other than those described in this privacy policy. We use Cookies and similar technologies mainly to achieve the following functions or services:

  • Device and Account Security: We may use Cookies to achieve device identification and account verification to enhance security protection. When the system detects abnormal login or usage behavior, it can promptly remind you to prevent the account from being illegally used.

Note: On the web side (official website), most browsers provide users with the function of clearing browser cache data. You can perform the corresponding data clearing operation in the browser settings function. If you clear it, you may not be able to use the services or corresponding functions provided by us that rely on Cookies.

4 Personal information that we may share, transfer and disclose​

4.1 Sharing​

Except for the following circumstances, without your consent, we will not share your personal information with any third party other than us and our affiliates:

  • To provide our services to you. We may share your personal information with partners and other third parties to implement the core functions you need or provide the services you need, for example: providing the corresponding mobile phone number to the SMS service provider;

  • To maintain and improve our services. We may share your personal information with partners and other third parties to help us provide you with more targeted and complete services, for example: communication service providers that send emails or push notifications on our behalf, etc.;

  • To fulfill our obligations in this "Privacy Policy" or other agreements we have reached with you and exercise our rights;

  • Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, in order to comply with the law, protect us and our affiliates or partners, you or other CanGoal users or the public interest, property or security from damage, such as to prevent illegal activities such as fraud and reduce credit risks, we may exchange personal information with other companies and organizations. However, this does not include personal information sold, rented, shared or otherwise disclosed for profit purposes in violation of the commitments made in this "Privacy Policy".

  • To assist in handling disputes or disputes between you and others at your legal request;

  • To provide your personal information at the legal request of your guardian;

  • Provided in accordance with the individual service agreement signed with you (including the electronic agreement signed online and the corresponding platform rules) or other legal documents;

4.2 Transfer​

When the operating entity of CanGoal changes, your personal information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will require the new company, organization or individual holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this "Privacy Policy". Otherwise, we will require the company, organization or individual to re-solicit your authorization and consent.

4.3 Disclosure​

We will only disclose your personal information under the following circumstances and on the premise of taking security protection measures in line with industry standards:

    1. Disclose the personal information you specify in the disclosure method you explicitly agree to according to your needs;

In cases where personal information must be provided in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, mandatory administrative law enforcement or judicial requirements, we may disclose your personal information in the types and disclosure methods of personal information required. Under the premise of compliance with laws and regulations, when we receive the above-mentioned request for the disclosure of personal information, we will require the recipient to produce the corresponding legal documents, such as subpoenas or investigation letters. We firmly believe that for the personal information required by us to provide, it should be as transparent as possible within the scope permitted by law. We have carefully reviewed all requests to ensure that they have a legal basis and are limited to the data that law enforcement departments have the legal right to obtain for specific investigation purposes.

Please understand that in the following circumstances, in accordance with laws, regulations and relevant national standards, we collect and use your personal information without obtaining your authorization and consent:

  • Situations related to our fulfillment of the obligations stipulated by laws and regulations

  • Situations directly related to national security and national defense security

  • Situations directly related to public security, public health and major public interests

  • Situations directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment enforcement

  • In order to safeguard the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person himself

  • The personal information you collected is the situation that you voluntarily disclose to the public

  • Your personal information collected from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels

  • Situations necessary for signing or performing the contract as required by both parties

  • Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the software and related services, such as troubleshooting and handling faults of the software and related services

  • Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations

4.4.2​

According to the law, sharing, transferring de-identified personal information and ensuring that the data recipient cannot recover and re-identify the personal information subject does not belong to the external sharing, transfer and public disclosure of personal information. The storage and processing of such data will not require separate notification to you and your consent.

5 How we retain, store, delete and protect the security of your personal information​

We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary for the purposes described in this "Privacy Policy" and within the time limit stipulated by laws, regulations and regulatory requirements. If we terminate the service or operation, we will promptly stop the activities of continuing to collect your personal information. At the same time, we will notify you in advance in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and delete or anonymize your personal information after the termination of the service or operation, except as otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations or regulatory authorities.

Personal information collected and generated by us during operation within the territory of the People's Republic of China is stored within China. The following circumstances are excluded:

For the above circumstances, we will ensure that sufficient protection is provided for your personal information in accordance with this "Privacy Policy" and the requirements of national laws and regulations.

We attach great importance to the security of personal information and will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information:

In accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, we will store your personal information collected and generated during the operation within the territory of the People's Republic of China within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Currently, we will not transfer your personal information abroad. If we transfer it abroad, we will follow the relevant national regulations or seek your consent.

5.1 Storage Period​

5.1.1​

During your use of this service, we will continuously retain your personal information, and the retention period will be based on the principle of not exceeding the period necessary to provide you with the service. If we stop operating this service, we will delete or anonymize the personal information we hold about you within a reasonable period in accordance with the applicable law. After you terminate the use of this service or close the corresponding authorization, we will delete your information or anonymize it, except in the following circumstances:

Comply with the requirements of laws and regulations regarding the retention of information (for example: the "Cyber Security Law" stipulates: adopt technical measures to monitor and record the network operation status and network security incidents, and retain relevant network logs and data for no less than six months).

It is necessary to extend the period reasonably for purposes such as finance, auditing, and dispute resolution.

5.2 Deletion of Personal Information​

5.2.1 Account Cancellation​

For account cancellation, within 15 working days from the date you apply for account cancellation (usually, this will be executed immediately.), we will complete the account cancellation process. During this period, all your permissions will be withdrawn, and your personal information and related data will be deleted or anonymized.

After canceling the account, you will be unable to log in and access your data, and related purchases

6 Privacy of Minors​

We do not intentionally collect personal identity information of minors. If we discover that minors have provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary measures.

7 Account Cancellation​

CanGoal is an offline application that does not require login and has no account, so there is no "account cancellation" process. If you need to delete your data in CanGoal, simply uninstall the App. If you need to delete the data of CanGoal in iCloud Drive, you can delete it in iCloud Drive by yourself. If you need to delete the data recorded by CanGoal in Apple Health, you can delete it in the Apple Health application by yourself.

Note: Your purchase items in CanGoal are bound to your Apple ID logged in the App Store. Uninstalling the software will not invalidate in-app purchases. As long as you keep logging in with the same Apple ID, when you reinstall the App, you can restore your purchases.

7.2 Notes on Account Cancellation​

Canceling the CanGoal account is an irreversible operation. After successful cancellation, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it. By canceling the CanGoal account, you will no longer be able to use the original CanGoal account and will not be able to retrieve any content or information in the CanGoal account and related to the account (even if you register and use CanGoal again using the same third-party platform account, mobile phone number, or previous login method), including but not limited to:

    1. Personal information and historical information of CanGoal (including but not limited to avatar, username, application content) will not be retrievable.
    1. You will not be able to log in and use the original CanGoal account.

    1. The virtual rights and interests and other property interests you have obtained or purchased are regarded as your automatic waiver, will no longer be available for use, and cannot be refunded.

You understand and agree that after canceling the account, CanGoal cannot assist you in restoring the above services.

9.1 iOS​

9.1.1 Full Network Permissions​

Access the network to provide basic functions such as data reading and synchronization.

9.1.2 Allow Reading and Writing of Apple Health Data​

  1. Read the mindfulness data in Apple Health and write mindfulness data

  2. Read the heart rate-related data in Apple Health to calculate the HRV stress state

9.1.3 Notifications​

In order to issue local notifications, the content includes reminders, daily reviews, HRV reminder notifications, mindfulness statements, etc.

10 Notification and Amendment of Privacy Policy​

Please understand that as our business develops, there may be adjustments and changes to the functions and services provided by CanGoal. When new functions or services are related to the functions or services we currently provide, the personal information collected and used will change. When we collect and use your personal information, we will again notify and explain to you in a reasonable manner such as page prompts, interaction processes, and agreement confirmations in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations and national standards, and obtain your consent.

If you do not agree to such changes, you can choose to stop using the CanGoal service; if you continue to use the CanGoal service, it means that you agree to be bound by this revised "Privacy Policy". To the maximum extent permitted by law, if you choose to stop using the CanGoal service, it is regarded as your unconditional waiver of the virtual rights and interests and other property interests you have obtained or purchased.
